Maintenance Specialist (Part Time, up to 40 hrs. per/wk., $17.33 per/hr.) - Florence

In this position you will be responsible for the following:• Will provide buildings and grounds maintenance for facilities, including maintaining equipment.

• Tenth grade education and three years experience in equipment, building and grounds maintenance.

• Requires basic electrical, HVAC, carpentry and plumbing knowledge, to include irrigation systems.

• Ability to paint and perform minor dry wall repairs.

• Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and safety. Ability to supervise clients.
