Full job description

Job Responsibilities Join South Carolina state government where you can have a meaningful career, incomparable benefits, and a positive work-life balance! In this position you will be responsible for the following:• Will provide buildings and grounds maintenance for facilities, including maintaining equipment.

  • Tenth grade education and three years experience in equipment, building and grounds maintenance.

  • Requires basic electrical, HVAC, carpentry and plumbing knowledge, to include irrigation systems.

  • Ability to paint and perform minor dry wall repairs.

  • Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and safety. Ability to supervise clients.

If invited to interview, please obtain your Official 10 year driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles to bring with you. Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree.
