Description:

The Overnight Manager is responsible for managing the night audit team and activities at the resort and completing the night audit. Previous experience is required.

  • Must be able to perform all agent functions, includingthe Night Audit – runs nightly reports and resets the system.

  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English and prepare complex reports of room availability and revenue generated.

  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.

  • Provide hands-on support during peak business times.

  • Must be able to effectively deal with internal & external guests, some of whom require patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect factual information, and resolve conflict.

  • Completes a daily MOD Report to communicate guest opportunities and other information

  • Completes accident/incident reports as necessary

  • Assist in projects and other duties as directed by the Director of Guest Experience, Assistaint Director of Guest Experience, and/or the Director of Operations - Rooms.

  • Managed front desk activity and handled guest check-ins and check-outs

  • Preparing welcome guest packets and VIP reports

  • Prepares daily internal communications

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work during the overnight shift

  • Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat);

  • Must be able to sit for long periods

  • Must be able to twist, bend, and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder.

  • Must frequently perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements.
