Bryan Ashley, a leading manufacturer of high end custom hospitality furniture, is seeking a Furniture Project Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting our Project Management team with customer project orders
Essential Functions: Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Some examples of work this role is involved in: • Assisting Project Managers with general tasks

Sending finish samples to factories and customers
-
Organizing and processing fabric shipments via small package carriers and freight

Assisting with project photo reports.

Developing and maintaining project detail spreadsheets
-
This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

High sense of urgency, customer focus, and thoroughness in all work assignments required to meet client deadlines and expectations
Essential Skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Time management and prioritizing skills
- Must be detail‐oriented

- COMPUTER SKILLS spreadsheets / reporting, etc.
Education/Experience
- Experience with Project Management Software is a plus
- Google Suite experience or similar is a plus
- Previous coordination experience a plus
