What’s a typical day as Payroll Specialist? You’ll be:

• Handling a limited scope of work assigned to a specific area, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Performing correct data entry to maintain payroll records and related documentation

• Providing support to the Pay & Benefits delivery team

• Reporting to management or team leads within the Pay & Benefits department

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (must have)

• Bring at least 3 years of payroll experience (must have)

• Have experience supporting 1500 or more employees (must have)

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy (must have)

• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (must have)

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

• Are proficient with Excel

• Have experience with data entry, payroll, or administrative support

• Have experience with a ticketing system (preferred)

• Enjoy collaborating within a defined team structure
