Full job description
Description We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support the full contract lifecycle for a legal and commercial team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Long-term Contract position will focus on preparing, reviewing, organizing, and monitoring agreements while working closely with sales partners and corporate counsel. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and update routine agreements and related legal documents, including confidentiality, purchasing, and leasing materials.

Examine contract terms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before routing documents for approval and signature.

Work closely with sales leadership, account teams, sales support staff, and legal counsel to address contract needs and resolve documentation issues.

Track agreements through each stage of the process to help ensure timely execution and follow-through on outstanding items.

Maintain organized contract records, databases, and filing systems to support reporting, retrieval, and audit readiness.

Conduct document searches, basic research, and other assigned project support related to contract administration activities.

Serve as a dependable internal resource for contract questions and provide responsive service to business stakeholders.

Manage competing deadlines effectively while maintaining high standards of accuracy in a fast-paced setting. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Paralegal education or certification is preferred.

At least 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate legal support, sales operations, or a similar environment involving contract or order preparation.

Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a business setting.

Familiarity with drafting or revising contract documents is preferred.

Experience partnering with sales teams on contract-related activities is preferred.

Background in the gaming industry is an advantage.

Knowledge of contract administration, contract management, negotiations, bid-related processes, or contract pricing is beneficial.
