Customer & Partner Engagement Specialist Description - Job Description The Nurture & Enablement Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing customer and partner engagement programs across the full customer journey. This role owns the execution of nurture programs, email communications, automated workflows, enablement campaigns, and engagement sequencing designed to move customers and partners through the funnel. Working closely with Campaign Managers, Content Strategists, Digital Experience & Optimization, Growth Marketing, MarTech, Creative, UX/Web, and Alliance teams, this individual helps ensure customers receive the right experience, content, and engagement across touchpoints. The role collaborates on journey design and optimization while owning execution of email programs, nurture sequencing, partner communications, and enablement activities that support awareness, engagement, consideration, conversion, retention, and advocacy objectives.

Key Responsibilities •Own end-to-end execution and optimization of customer and partner nurture programs across Print, Personal Systems, and Poly, including audience segmentation, automation workflows, journey orchestration, content deployment, and performance analysis. •Execute multi-touch customer and partner engagement programs across email, automation platforms, enablement communications, and digital nurture experiences. •Partner closely with Campaign Managers, Content Strategists, Digital Experience & Optimization, and Growth Marketing teams to optimize customer journeys and nurture experiences across all touchpoints. •Lead partner enablement communications and activation efforts for SMB, Synergy, and Long Tail partners, ensuring alignment with HP priorities, offers, campaigns, and demand generation initiatives. •Own email strategy execution, communication sequencing, audience management, testing, deployment, and performance optimization. •Serve as the central coordination point between Campaign Managers, Content Strategists, UX/Web, MarTech, Internal Agency, and Alliance teams to ensure timely delivery of communications, digital assets, and nurture experiences. •Collaborate with Web and Digital Experience teams to identify journey gaps, engagement opportunities, and optimization recommendations that improve customer progression through the funnel. •Manage communication governance, nurture calendars, audience contact strategies, and engagement planning to maintain message consistency and reduce audience fatigue. •Track, analyze, and report engagement, nurture, adoption, and conversion performance, leveraging insights to continuously improve customer and partner experiences. •Support testing and optimization initiatives across nurture programs, including messaging, timing, sequencing, audience segmentation, and engagement tactics.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in segment marketing, channel marketing, partner marketing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
