Department: 480501 - UHR Temporary Services
Location: Raleigh, NC
Essential Job Duties:
This position is responsible for assisting with administration and coordination of training programs, including providing logistical support for training processes, systems, reporting, and services of the department. The position will assist with the process to onboard new employees as well as offboard employees leaving the university. Additionally, this person will serve in a help-desk role to answer questions regarding the department’s systems, and assist with system access for all the department’s related systems and resources, including data usage and confidentiality compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills, including the ability to show flexibility and adaptability when confronted with competing priorities and interests.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

The ability to interact effectively and collegially with diverse groups who may have different purposes.

Organizational and time management skills to handle several projects simultaneously, accommodate shifting priorities, and meeting deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Previous Database Management or CRM experience (1-3 years).

Experience communicating complex processes in easy to understand instructions

Knowledge of software used for fundraising/alumni data and an understanding of information management in a database structure.

Experience working with a Learning Management System ( LMS ).

Experience presenting and/or facilitating webinars or training presentations
