Job Description
Seeking a hands-on Seismic Administrator to help redesign, optimize, and govern a Seismic environment that serves as the organization's centralized sales content and digital sales room platform. This individual will support a broader transformation from simply housing content to enabling seller engagement, sales plays, buyer journeys, content attribution, and lead progression. Someone who has actually built and administered Seismic content, not just used it as an end user. They should understand both the technical configuration side of Seismic and the business context behind sales enablement. The ideal candidate can participate in strategic conversations about content organization, seller adoption, buyer journeys, and lead engagement while also executing the hands-on administrative work required to restructure the platform. Job responsibilities include:
-Conduct a full audit of the current Seismic environment and approximately 1,000 content assets. -Map the existing content library and document where content resides today. -Review and recommend improvements to: Libraries, tags, properties, metadata, folder structures, and content governance -Rebuild and refresh content taxonomy to improve seller experience and content discoverability. -Perform bulk tagging and reorganization efforts across the platform. -Help create a scalable content structure that aligns to sales plays, buyer journeys, user groups, and markets. -Partner with leadership to determine how content should be presented to sellers and customers. -Participate in daily morning standups and provide end-of-day progress updates. Support ongoing content enablement initiatives and presentation creation. -Work closely with stakeholders to establish best practices for long-term Seismic governance and ownership.
Skills and Requirements
-Hands-on Seismic administration experience. -Experience participating in a Seismic implementation, upgrade, enhancement, migration, or major reconfiguration project. -Proven experience building or modifying: tags, properties, metadata models, libraries, content architecture/taxonomy and governance structures -Experience working within or adjacent to a sales organization, sales enablement team, SDR team, or revenue organization. -Experience with marketing content management, asset management, or content enablement platforms. -Ability to understand and contribute to discussions around: Sales plays, buyer journeys, seller collateral, content strategy, lead nurturing and engagement -Comfortable making recommendations and challenging assumptions rather than acting solely as an administrator. -Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. -Background in: Sales Enablement. Content Enablement, Marketing Operations, Content Management, Digital Asset Management or Corporate Communications -Prior experience supporting SDR or go-to-market organizations.
