Coordinator, Contract Administration VIAJP00001557 * Hourly pay: $40/hr * Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Los Angeles, CA 90038 - Onsite) * W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL * 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment A leading digital streaming network seeks a Coordinator, Contract Administration to support the administration of above-the-line talent agreements and contractual obligations. Coordinator, Contract Administration Responsibilities: * Manage calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, screen and respond to high volumes of calls, emails, and meeting requests. * Review, interpret, and administer contracts, including above-the-line payment schedules, option pickup notices, start date notices, DocuSign documentation, and other contractual materials while maintaining accurate records and ensuring contractual compliance. * Create, maintain, and update show files, informational charts, and documentation related to studio rights, obligations, and assigned productions. * Partner with Legal, Business Affairs, Production, Casting, Labor Relations, Creative, and other cross-functional teams while supporting special projects and meeting multiple deadlines. Coordinator, Contract Administration Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in business affairs, legal affairs, or contract administration at a major entertainment studio, entertainment company, or agency. * Prior entertainment industry experience. * Bachelor's degree is preferred. * Experience working with guild agreements is preferred. * Experience reading, interpreting, and administering contracts, including payment terms and schedules. * Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Proficiency with Airtable. * Experience using DocuSign. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and maintain contract documentation, show files, charts, and studio rights records. * Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including executives. Shift: * 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
