Expected salary range of $178,200 to $198,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

Responsible for the overall management of Constellation Generation Solutions (CGS) Mobile Maintenance services. Oversight includes ensuring services are performed safely while adhering to fleet Maintenance and Human Performance Fundamentals. Services must meet both CGS and Fleet performance goals and objectives. Reinforces standards and expectations for CGS personnel and other personnel who interface with CGS to establish an error free and professional work environment.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Responsible for accurate and timely communication provided across all levels of Constellation Nuclear, and site management in areas of technical, financial, strategy, and overall project status.

  • Oversee development of detailed project plans, identification and assignment of mobile team personnel, and development of detailed work scope. Oversee the development of project scopes, schedules, and budgets.

  • Maintain a positive work environment and good employee relations, including providing guidance for employee development opportunities and timely feedback regarding performance.

  • Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives within Constellation and promote these improvement initiatives at client facilities

  • Assure expert knowledge is applied in the execution of refueling outage services throughout assigned plants.

  • Ensure committed works scopes drive the highest level of fleet cost offset (savings) by leveraging long term forecasting, interfacing with potential customers to secure work and choosing the best mix of CGS strategic initiatives.

  • Accountable for hiring, developing, and retaining necessary staff to support CGS shops and mobile teams.

  • Must be willing to travel; 10% - 50% of time may be at another Constellation CEC.

  • All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of power generation experience OR

  • Associate's degree with 12 years of power generation experience OR

  • High school diploma/GED with 14 years of power generation experience

  • Demonstrated leadership in a minimum of 3 refueling outages

  • Supervisory and/or managerial experience

  • Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Preferred Qualifications

  • Turbine experience preferred

  • Valve / outage planning experience

  • Knowledge of applicable environmental/regulatory requirements

  • Management of maintenance and technical production areas
