Full job description
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 1:45pm-10:15pm, with OT as needed by the business.
What you will do:

Coordinate production resources and schedules to meet daily output goals.

Train team members on safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Monitor hourly performance and ensure attainment targets are achieved.

Execute production schedules and adapt to changing priorities.

Collaborate with support teams to resolve operational challenges.

Troubleshoot equipment, process, and quality issues as the first point of contact.

Document and communicate issues through daily improvement processes.
-
Drive a culture of safety, teamwork, continuous improvement, and accountability.
What you need:

High School Diploma or GED

Three (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience
$27.00/hr. + $2.00/hr. Shift Premium plus bonus eligible and benefits.
