RESPIRATORY THERAPY - STUDENT / ASSISTANT

Employment Type: Part timeShift: Rotating Shift Description: Seeking second year student in a Respiratory programPosition Purpose Makes sure all areas of the hospital have necessary respiratory therapy supplies including oxygen tanks.

What you will do

• Checks portable oxygen tanks on each unit
• Orders supplies for the respiratory therapy department
• Cleans and stocks supplies in the respiratory therapy department
• Stocks respiratory supplies in the CCU/CVU
• Keeps the oxygen shed neat and orderly
• Keeps oxygen room on Xavier 2 clean and organized

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum High School graduate or equivalent
• Student in a Respiratory Therapist program strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a Hospital or physician’s office preferable

Pay Range: $17-20 per hour Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
