Job Description
2 Positions Available
Rocking Robins Maids LLC is an established residential cleaning company serving the Louisville area and Southern Indiana. We are currently hiring 2 dependable House Cleaners to join our team.
Position
This position starts part-time while you complete training and build a regular customer route. As more customers are added to your schedule, there is an opportunity to increase your hours and work toward a full route.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
No nights. No weekends. Major holidays off.
You must be available during these hours, but starting part-time does not mean you will work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM every day.
Pay
This is a commission-based position. Your earnings increase as you become more efficient and your customer route grows.
Earning potential: approximately $300–$700+ per week with an established route, depending on the number and size of cleaning jobs, route availability, performance, and tips.

Paid Training
No professional house-cleaning experience is required.
We provide paid training to teach you our cleaning procedures, products, equipment, quality standards, and customer-service expectations.
We are looking for people who are willing to learn and who take pride in doing quality work.
Travel Required
This is an on-the-road position, and employees use their own reliable, insured vehicles.
Our customers are located throughout Louisville and Southern Indiana, including New Albany, Jeffersonville, Floyds Knobs, Georgetown, Corydon, and surrounding areas.
Applicants must be comfortable driving from the Louisville area into Southern Indiana when scheduled.
