Supply Chain Intern- Spring 2027

OUC – The Reliable One , an industry leader and the second-largest municipal utility in Florida, is offering an internship program in the Financial & Support division. The OUC Internship Program is dedicated to providing students with real-world, hands-on experience by partnering with energy leaders and experienced professionals, while bringing new and out-of-the-box perspectives and ideas that are essential for fostering the creativity and growth of any business.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst Intern . During this internship, you will be partnering with the Materials Demand team.

You will be involved in:

• Communicating with external suppliers to obtain updated supply data.

• Maintaining supplier catalogs within the ERP system, including pricing and units of measure, to ensure an accurate material ordering process.

• Assist in maintaining the electronic scrap revenue database to track related information.

• Update and review established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Transition new inventory items obtained through major purchases into the ERP system.

• Assist the Inventory Control Analyst in updating item records with accurate data.

Internship Eligibility:

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university

• Academic status of Sophomore, Junior or Senior.

• Program of study: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related

• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Previous internship experience preferred

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Strong academic foundation in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Inventory Management or Buying.

• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently.

• Ability to prioritize and resolve issues under deadlines.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Proven ability to learn new skills quickly.

Compensation : $15.50 per hour, varies depending on the education level

Schedule :Part-Time (up to 25 hours per week) from January 11th, 2027 to May 7th, 2027 following a Hybrid Schedule
