PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the WEAPONS SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT CENTER of MARINE CORPS LOGISTICS COMMAND. Responsibilities You will be responsible for utilizing advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of organizational programs. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and establishing study methods and techniques to be used in complex studies and audits. You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of complex program operations in meeting goals and objectives. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting briefs to inform, educate, influence decisions, and recommend multiple courses of action. You will be responsible for providing complex substantive management and support services in the areas of program cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning, and development of annual work-plan(s) and workload schedules. You will be responsible for performing research tasks to obtain a variety of cost, schedule, and performance data; analyzes data to derive relationships involving system parameters, schedule and cost variations. You will be responsible for program planning, assessment, evaluation, analysis, coordination and advisory services for a wide variety of complex interrelated issues regarding depot maintenance and maintenance management operations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing oversight of depot maintenance, inventory management, and resource planning using specialized systems, AND/OR analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, and resolve system conflicts, AND prepare and present briefs and products to management and external customers.
