Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional engineering teams responsible for application development, support, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Own the end-to-end delivery and operational stability of enterprise platforms, including Salesforce and other customer- facing and back-office applications
  • Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to define product roadmaps and prioritize investments
  • Drive application modernization, cloud adoption, automation, DevOps, and AI-enabled engineering practices
  • Provide architectural leadership for scalable, secure, and resilient systems
  • Manage production support, incident response, SLA compliance, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams while creating succession and capability-building plans
  • Lead vendor management, budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization efforts
  • Ensure compliance with security, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements
  • Champion a strong product mindset by focusing on customer value, business outcomes, user experience, innovation, and data-driven decision-making

Key Requirements:

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles managing enterprise-scale application development teams

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ), CRM transformation, integrations, and data migration initiatives

  • Extensive experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, Payments, Credit & Risk, or Data Services domains with a strong understanding of business processes

  • Proven capability to design and deliver cloud-native, scalable solutions leveraging AWS, serverless architectures, APIs, microservices, and application modernization practices

  • Hands-on experience with .NET/C#, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, SQL Server, enterprise data platforms, ETL, and master data management

  • Strong product mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions, prioritize effectively, and drive measurable customer and business outcomes

  • Expertise in DevOps and engineering excellence, including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, QA automation, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, observability, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies

  • Good understanding of secure software development, compliance, identity and access management, AI-assisted development, Generative AI, and intelligent process automation, complemented by excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
