Cloud Production Support Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global's healthcare client is seeking a Cloud Production Support Engineer to monitor and support cloud-based applications and services across GCP environments. This is not a software development role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding application pipelines and service workflows, identifying and escalating issues, and helping ensure production systems operate smoothly.

Skills and Requirements

2-4 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Support, or a similar role. Experience working with GCP and understanding of cloud-based environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and software deployment processes. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience monitoring application health, system performance, and production incidents Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries
