Location: Parsippany NJ

Duration: Long Term 12+ Months

Pay: $25 to $27/hr on W2

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Consumer Care Coordinator to manage consumer cases, product investigations, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional follow-ups. The role requires strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage label reviews, safety calls, consumer communications, and refund reports.

• Process returned products and coordinate investigations with Quality, R&D, and factory teams.

• Track packages, investigations, claims, and follow-up activities.

• Conduct weekly check-batch reviews and communicate required corrections.

• Review investigation reports, identify compliance issues, and escalate as needed.

• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.

• Support retained-product management, resource/document updates, inventory replenishment, and special projects.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Experience in consumer care, customer service, quality, product investigations, claims, or related areas is preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
