Identity Management Solutions Engineer

Onsite | Buda, TX | Contract

Robert Half is hiring an Identity Management Solutions Engineer to support a large-scale technology transformation initiative. This role will focus on identity architecture, access governance, directory services, authentication platforms, and post-acquisition integration activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and document current identity and access management environments.

• Design and implement identity integration strategies during M& A activities.

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and related IAM technologies.

• Support SSO, MFA, conditional access, privileged access, and identity governance initiatives.

• Identify security, compliance, and operational risks related to user access.

• Create architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience within Identity Management.

• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and identity governance.

• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, federation, RBAC, PAM, and lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with typical project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

• Experience administrating Microsoft Exchange.

• Experience supporting large-scale migrations, consolidations, or transformation projects.
