Full job description
What We're Researching We're running a paid study on the quality and safety of AI-generated responses in mental health contexts. Evaluating these conversational models helps ensure they provide appropriate, empathetic, and clinically sound information to users. We are hiring mental health professionals to bring their clinical judgment to this critical review process. How It Works You will work remotely over an 8-10 hour period between Friday and Sunday to review short AI conversations focused on mental health. For each interaction, you will read the transcript and evaluate the system's performance based on clinical standards. You will then write out what a clinically appropriate response looks like in that specific scenario. Finally, you will create a structured grading rubric to help systematically assess similar interactions in the future. Who This Is For We are looking for licensed mental health professionals with active clinical experience. We welcome licensed psychologists, therapists, counselors, and clinical social workers to apply. Ideal candidates have strong written communication skills and are comfortable applying their clinical expertise to evaluate conversational text. What You'll Do
