Job Description
We are looking for a Program Analyst Intern to gain hands-on experience in program analysis while contributing to projects that drive business growth and operational improvement. This role is a full-time internship and is remote. The internship dates are June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027 . This internship is a full-time opportunity requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week . Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST) for the entire 9-week duration of the program. Please note that all work must be performed within the United States. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future. Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
What You'll Do

Assist in the analysis of business programs and initiatives to identify areas for improvement

Conduct research to support program development and strategy
-
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights
-
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing business operations

Support program managers in organizing and executing projects

Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high level of organization
What You'll Need
Required:
-
Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
-
Major in Business, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field
-
Strong interest in research, writing, and problem-solving
-
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

Passionate about understanding how businesses grow and improve
-
Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude
Physical Demands

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$17 per hour
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will include medical coverage as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
