Youth Shelter Setting
-
Work involves supporting youth aged 18-24 in a shelter setting.
-
Role includes helping youth achieve goals, heal from trauma, and develop life skills.
-
Foster a safe and engaging environment.
-
Communication and crossover with other staff is expected.
-
Schedules and shifts are subject to change.
-
May require sitting, standing, use of stairs, and lifting or moving up to 20 pounds.
Minimum Requirements:
-
High School diploma or equivalent required
-
Associate’s degree in behavioral studies or related field, or equivalent experience preferred (or per facility requirements)
-
Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience preferred
-
Current CPR if applicable
-
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
-
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
(1) Full Time Youth Coach

Tues-Fri 4p-2a – 2nd shift – 4 10’s
-
Pay: $24/hr
-
40 hrs/week
-
4 days on, 3 days off
-
13 Week Contract
