Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a CLM Contract Administrator to join a large non-profit healthcare organization, supporting the development and maintenance of enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) standards, templates, workflows, and governance processes. This individual will serve as a key contributor within the CLM Center of Excellence, helping establish consistent contract management practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate will combine strong attention to detail, business process expertise, and an understanding of contract lifecycle management principles to create and maintain approved templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and communication standards. While this role works closely with legal, supply chain, sourcing, and business stakeholders, it is not responsible for contract negotiations or legal decision-making. Instead, the CLM Contract Administrator will help ensure users have access to standardized language, approved workflows, and consistent processes that drive efficiency, compliance, and scalability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities CLM Governance & Standards

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise CLM standards, policies, and governance documentation.

  • Create and manage contract templates, playbooks, and approved clause language.

  • Define preferred language, fallback language, and escalation requirements for commonly negotiated terms.

  • Partner with legal and business stakeholders to ensure templates and clause libraries remain current and compliant.

  • Support process standardization initiatives across markets, regions, and business functions. Playbook & Template Management

  • Own and maintain enterprise playbooks, template libraries, and supporting documentation.

  • Document approval workflows, user guidance, and procedural standards.

  • Ensure contract-related communications and templates align with approved organizational standards.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify and improve user experiences within CLM processes. Stakeholder Enablement

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for CLM templates, standards, and governance processes.

  • Facilitate stakeholder training and adoption activities.

  • Partner with legal, sourcing, supply chain, and operational teams to drive consistency across contract-related processes.

  • Support change management and communications associated with new CLM capabilities and standards

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3+ years of experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management, legal operations, procurement operations, contract administration, business process management, or related functions.
  • Experience creating or maintaining templates, standard operating procedures, playbooks, or governance documentation.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience working within workflow-driven systems and business processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with legal, operational, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing, Icertis, Agiloft, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Conga, or similar CLM platforms.
  • Experience managing clause libraries, templates, or policy documentation.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise process transformation initiatives.
