Schedule: Full-Time Shift: 8am-5pm Location: Kansas Area

Provides quarterly reports on team, operations, finances, and clinical performance to the board. Oversees the development and training of hospice staff to ensure high-quality care and compliance with policies. Manages day-to-day operations for hospice program, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all agency operations. Leads strategic growth initiatives to expand hospice services and network, including future inpatient unit expansions. Ensures financial viability of hospice through effective budget management and financial accountability. Provides leadership and management to integrate the Mission and Vision of the organization throughout hospice services. Oversees compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including reporting to the Board for oversight and approval. Develops and implements corporate policies and procedures to meet regulatory and legal requirements. Leads the implementation of the annual strategic plan to ensure expansion and financial viability. Represents hospice care in the community and at various speaking engagements. Works closely with the foundation to develop and implement fundraising strategies. Establishes effective organizational structure and directs leadership team to meet organizational goals. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

  • Bachelor's [Required]
  • Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Required
  • Master's degree in Health Care Administration, or related field Preferred

Work Experience:

  • 3+ years previous hospice leadership experience [Required]
  • 7+ or more years in healthcare management or related field [Required]
  • Previous experience as a hospice administrator [Preferred]
