Job Description

A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Senior Epic CCM Analyst to support a major Epic implementation initiative. This individual will lead application design, build, testing, optimization, and support efforts while partnering with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

  • Epic Clinical Case Management (CCM) Certification
  • 4+ years of Epic analyst, healthcare IT, or related healthcare experience
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
  • Strong understanding of care coordination, utilization management, discharge planning, and case management workflows
  • Epic ClinDoc, Orders (CPOE), or ASAP certification
  • Experience supporting inpatient clinical applications
  • Previous implementation or go-live experience in an acute care environment
