Details
The David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the Department of Finance. We seek candidates at the advanced Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level , with a particular interest in candidates whose research is in corporate finance or related areas .
Appointments are contingent on University funding and approval. Candidates should hold a PhD in Finance or a related field. Successful candidates are expected to demonstrate excellence in research, teaching, and service. Teaching opportunities are available at the undergraduate and master’s levels.
Interested individuals should submit a complete vita, examples of publications and/or working papers, evidence of teaching effectiveness (teaching evaluations), and contact information for three reference providers.
Applications submitted by November 15, 2026 will receive full consideration. Applications will continue to be accepted until February 1, 2027 , or until the position is filled.
