Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 3100 E FLETCHER AVE City: TAMPA State: Florida Postal Code: 33613 Job Description:
Assesses and analyzes information from accreditation and regulatory agencies to identify survey readiness and compliance risks. Performs ongoing risk assessment activities to identify issues and develops and implements accreditation and regulatory work plans. Works with leadership to provide advice and resources to implement improvements. Coordinates with facilities leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local accreditation and regulatory requirements. Documents standards and regulations that may affect organizational policies, practices, and procedures. Serves as organization liaison for accreditation and regulatory matters relative to continuous state of readiness and compliance. Develops and implements strategies to maintain accreditation status. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of regulatory practices. Collaborates with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provides guidance and support to staff on accreditation and regulatory matters. Prepares reports using statistical and graphic software. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Effective communication skills with ability to communicate with physicians, leadership, and team members [Required]
- Knowledge of accreditation standards [Required]
- Must be able to function independently with no supervision [Required]
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- in clinical, law, healthcare, or business administration
- in clinical, law, healthcare or business administration
Work Experience:
- 5+ experience [Required]
- 5+ leadership OR management experience [Required]
- 10+ experience [Preferred]
- 10+ leadership OR management experience [Preferred]
Additional Information:

Licenses and Certifications:
- Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$110,702.15 - $205,911.28 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
