We're partnering with an established transportation operation seeking a Transportation Operations Supervisor to support a team of drivers and help ensure day-to-day operations stay organized, safe, and on schedule. This is a highly visible role that combines leadership, communication, customer interaction, and operational oversight.

No two days look exactly the same. One moment you may be coaching a driver, the next you may be helping resolve a delivery issue, adjusting schedules, or working through a customer request to keep operations moving efficiently.

Onsite, 2nd Shift Schedule

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of professional drivers in a fast-paced transportation environment.

• Serve as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and daily transportation activities.

• Monitor operational performance and proactively address issues that could impact service.

• Coach team members on safety standards, performance expectations, and best practices.

• Investigate and resolve challenges related to routes, equipment, schedules, and customer needs.

• Build strong working relationships with drivers while fostering a culture of accountability and support.

• Partner with leadership to improve efficiency, service levels, and overall operational performance.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, fleet coordination, supply chain, or operations.

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience would help you standout.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with employees and customers.

• Confidence making decisions in a fast-moving environment.

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing business needs.

• A customer-focused mindset and commitment to safety.
