Pharmacy Technician - Specialty Pharmacy

Are you ready to elevate your pharmacy career? We’re looking for experienced Pharmacy Technicians to join our dynamic and patient-centered Specialty Pharmacy team! If you have experience with pharmacy billing, direct patient care, medication access and management, and navigating insurance and prior authorization processes, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do

Support Enhanced Pharmacy Operations: Operate in an enhanced retail pharmacy setting while incorporating the complexities of specialty medications, chronic disease state management within parameters of a robust accreditation program.

Patient-Centric Care: Deliver comprehensive support for medication adherence, fulfillment, and financial assistance, making a real difference in patients' lives.

Make an Impact: Help close treatment gaps for patients with complex disease states and lead the charge towards improved patient satisfaction.

Located in Boise, Idaho

Multiple positions available!

Receive shift differential pay; certification pay for PTCB Adv. Certification; and preceptor pay

Work in a variety of dynamic environments with other interdepartmental disciplines
-
Learn and expand your pharmacy skills with opportunities to advance into leadership and pharmacy business positions
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
-
Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician License
-
One(1) + years' experience
-
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
Preferred qualifications
-
Retail pharmacy experience
-
Experience in a clinic or patient access setting
