Position Summary

HPI is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Consultant / Lead to support compensation, benefits, incentive, and Total Rewards programs. This hands-on role serves as a subject matter expert across compensation, sales incentives, job architecture, vendor management, compliance, and select payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and internal equity analyses.

  • Maintain salary structures, job architecture, job evaluations, and compensation guidelines.

  • Support annual compensation planning, merit increases, and incentive programs.

  • Partner with leaders on sales and incentive compensation plans.

  • Support benefits administration, vendor management, and program implementations.

  • Utilize ADP and HR systems for reporting, administration, and payroll support.

  • Ensure compliance with FLSA and compensation-related regulations.

  • Develop analytics and reporting to support business decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or related HR roles.

  • Expertise in compensation analysis, benchmarking, salary structures, and job architecture.

  • Experience with incentive compensation; sales compensation preferred.

  • Knowledge of FLSA and compensation compliance requirements.

  • Experience with ADP and payroll-related processes.

  • Strong analytical, Excel, project management, and communication skills.

  • BA Desired
