Job Description

DUTIES: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, MIS, CIS, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or related field. 2 years of experience in job offered or in related occupations of Program Manager, Software Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Senior Associate Consultant, Software Developer, Computer Systems Analyst, Senior Lead Business Consultant, Computer Programmer or related. Duties entail work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex (Classes & Triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows (Process Automation), REST & SOAP Web Services (System Integrations), SOQL, Git/GitHub with CI/CD (Copado, Gearset).
