Full job description

Job Duties

This position is responsible for sorting and bailing recyclable and other materials to prepare the material for shipping. In addition, this position will perform custodial duties, assist with snow removal, year-round ground maintenance, and assist Transfer Station Operators as needed.

Minimum Education Required

High school diploma or GED and one (1) year of experience operating small equipment or an equivalent combination of education/training/experience.

Minimum Experience Required

  • Class D MN Driver’s license

  • Safely and efficiently operate small equipment

  • Ability to use basic computer software.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
