The Audiologist II performs as a staff clinician, utilizing the professional skills of an audiologist to provide diagnostic and treatment services for the general population across the lifespan.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

A graduate or postgraduate degree in the area of audiology (MA, MS, Au.D., Sc.D., or Ph.D.).

Previous hearing aid dispensing and pediatric audiology experience.

Possesses and demonstrates knowledge of Central Auditory Processing Disorders and the assessment of Central Auditory Function utilizing behavioral measures and electrophysiological measures.

Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in a hospital setting.

Maintains ASHA CCC-A.
Licenses and Certifications Required:

Audiology License.

BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.

Maintains required continuing education requirements for Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing Licenses (currently 20 hrs. biannually for each license).

Eligible for current hearing aid dispensing license (temporary license is acceptable for first six months only).

Minimum rate of $97,011.20 Annually

Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
