Position Summary

• Owns the inbound sales engine for the smallest accounts (roughly under 25,000 annually) plus mass-marketing overflow.

• Runs a managed-throughput, in-office operation covering the RFP / price-request inbox: intake, customer setup, quoting, re-quoting to signature, and processing.

• Prioritizes maximum accuracy and speed with minimal relationship management.

Essential Functions

• Own the RFP / price-request inbox end to end, including intake, triage, distribution logic, and turnaround service levels.

• Manage the quote-and-close workflow for the segment, ensuring multi-site RFPs are fully built before quoting.

• Absorb mass-marketing renewals and small-account overflow.

• Staff and schedule for consistent daytime (8–5) coverage of the desk-bound, in-office function.

• Serve as the first pricing filter, catching incorrect factors or load profiles before quotes go out.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• System proficiency (nGenue), organization, and accuracy, prioritized over relationship-selling skill.

• Ability to run a queue-driven, service-level-based operation.

• Customer setup and quoting accuracy, including multi-site RFP builds.

• Basic pricing and factor literacy sufficient to catch obvious errors.

• Team supervision and workload scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree.

• Experience: 5+ years in inside sales, sales operations, or account setup, including team supervision.

• Certifications: None required.

• Licenses/Registrations: N/A.

• Other: In-office role in Wyomissing.
