Job Description:

Cambria Title has a GREAT opportunity for a seasoned Real Estate Closer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively and closely with lenders and realtors to assemble, review, organize, prepare and review relevant documentation for closing.

  • Ensure all title, disbursement and closing activities adhere to federal, state, and underwriting policies and regulations.

  • Read and understand title commitments and address, solve any questions or concerns prior to closing.

  • Develop positive working relationships with real estate clients and customers as well as provide frequent communication.

  • Ensure all company and regulatory policies are followed.

  • Represent Cambria Title professionally while providing a high level of customer service.

  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation on progress and disposition of files.

  • Manage progress of the title work and facilitate corrections or issues to help maintain accuracy of files throughout the closing process.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication.

  • Proficiency in preparing necessary documents required for closing.

  • Working knowledge of advanced concepts, terms, practices and procedures of the title industry and closing process.

  • High attention to detail and ability to problem solve.

  • Strong sense of urgency, professional demeanor and top-notch customer service skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.

  • Flexibility to attend closings outside the office.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of work experience in all types of closings; refinance, purchase, and real estate transactions.

Systems: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, SoftPro

Additional Requirements:

Managerial Requirements: N/A

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Travel Requirements: Flexibility to work at various locations in the metro.

Cambria’s starting hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00 per hour with a monthly commission based on closing volume. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
