The Opportunity

Adecco Search is recruiting an Experienced CNC Machinist for a direct-hire opportunity with a customer-focused, full-service job shop in Northampton, PA.

This is NOT a repetitive production environment.

If you enjoy variety, challenging projects, and working on different jobs , this is an opportunity to put your CNC skills to work in a dynamic shop environment.

What You'll Do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers and Horizontal Boring Mills

• Prove out and debug CNC programs

• Interpret, edit, and efficiently program G-code

• Provide feedback to improve CNC programs and machining processes

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout each project

• Work overtime as needed to meet customer demands

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of CNC Machinist experience

• Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls

• Strong G-code programming and editing skills

• Ability to independently set up and operate CNC equipment

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Mastercam experience is a plus
