Full job description

Operating across our New York and UK hubs, we treat content as revenue infrastructure. You'll join an innovative environment that powers video content across all our market-leading brands. What you'll do Reporting to the Executive Director, Studio Operations (Global), you'll keep our studio operations organized, compliant, and efficient. You'll assist with resourcing, traffic coordination, and maintaining operational dashboards for senior management. Daily, you'll use spreadsheets, project management software, and Google Workspace to track budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.

  • Maintain studio resourcing trackers, utilization snapshots, and freelance roster databases.
  • Help organize studio operating rhythms, including agendas, meeting notes, and action tracking.
  • Process freelance onboarding, contract routing, deal memos, and vendor setup.
  • Track purchase orders, vendor invoices, and studio operational spending against budgets.
  • Coordinate facilities, equipment bookings, and edit suite scheduling for the US hub.
  • Route cross-functional Legal, Compliance, Rights, and Licensing requests to right owners.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience coordinating studio, production, or business operations in a media environment.
  • Strong skills in spreadsheets and digital project management systems.
  • Written communication skills with experience organizing action items across senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential budget, contract, and personnel information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with vendor onboarding, invoice tracking, and purchase order administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines and deadlines simultaneously.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience using spreadsheets and digital project management software for tracking operations.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule from our New York office.
