Description
Title: Assistant Manager, Creative Operations – North America
Reports to: Director, Creative Operations Creative Content Hub
Team: The Americas Creative Content Hub
The Assistant Manager, Creative Operations is responsible for supporting the operations team in managing creative executions developed by the North America Creative team, including 360 campaigns, social media, ecommerce, and special events, from inception to completion. They will partner with the Creative Operations, the internal Creative and Copy teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects stay on track and on brief and are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
Planning & Project Management

Manage development of creative projects, including: online, social media, emails, ecommerce assets, and special initiatives from inception through production and delivery.

Thoroughly review incoming briefs and gather all pertinent information for project requests from business partners to develop timelines for creative execution.

Ensure each phase of the internal and external creative and approval process stays on track including: design, copy, stakeholder reviews, and final deliveries.

Monitor progress of projects through the creative and production process through ongoing, clear communication and coordination with the creative team.

Work hand-in-hand with the creative and operations team to develop projects and anticipate the launch and maintenance requirements of the program as outlined in content calendars.

Balance multiple priorities and projects while ensuring exceptional quality of execution, understanding when to elevate craft and when to optimize for speed, efficiency, and scale.

Partner closely with the content production team to help plan and execute photo and video content shoots and ensure the timely delivery of assets.

Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively. Inform Ops leadership on timeline or budget issues and provide recommendations and solutions to address.

Continuously maintain and update brand status reports.

Support the Creative Operations team to continuously improve and refine the briefing, review, and approval processes, communication cadences, and SLAs to increase efficiency and scale creative output.

Clearly communicate processes and timelines to internal creative team, brand teams, and agency partners, and ensure adherence from all parties.

Work with the Director to identify solutions for requests that fall out of the standard operating model – e.g., accelerated timeline, budget constraints, or last-minute opportunities – and determine the best path forward to meet the needs of the business while maintaining creative excellence.

Maintain process documentation and training materials, support the development of new guides and resources, and help onboard new team members to Creative tools, workflows, and ways of working.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in creative operations or creative project management either from within an agency or brand environment.

Understanding of best practice creative processes. Experience implementing process changes and improvements and setting strategic goals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience interfacing and building relationships with multiple stakeholders and functions across a large, matrixed organization.

Knowledge of 360 campaign execution formats including social, digital, print, events, etc. Ability to take ownership of projects and follow through.

Knowledge of digital formats for ecommerce, online ads, social, etc.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities at all times, with resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Proactive, problem solver with a can-do approach.

Deep appreciation for beauty, culture, design, and consumer trends, with a constant curiosity for what's next.

Passion for exploring AI as a tool to improve workflows, efficiency, and innovation.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
