Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized in field Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to project completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking to add skilled honest and reliable people to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members

Develop and monito project budgets and timelines

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality

Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports

Resolve issues or delays quickly and efficiently

Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Provide training and mentorship to internal team member as necessary

Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, 3D renderings, and project plans

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

OSHA certification is a plus

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
