JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Manager, Revenue Management is responsible for leading the execution of Signature Aviation's revenue planning strategy across designated regions and business segments. This role translates enterprise revenue objectives into actionable plans, forecasts, pricing recommendations, and performance management routines. The Senior Manager partners closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Data Science teams to drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and ensure consistent revenue management practices across the network.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Management, this individual leads a team of Regional Revenue Planning Managers and serves as a critical link between enterprise strategy and field execution. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, leadership, and strong business partnership skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Planning & Performance Management

  • Lead the development and execution of regional revenue planning strategies that support enterprise growth and profitability objectives.

  • Direct the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes across assigned regions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial targets.

  • Analyze revenue performance trends, market dynamics, customer behavior, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Oversee revenue optimization initiatives, including pricing recommendations, demand management strategies, and portfolio optimization efforts.

  • Ensure effective performance tracking through dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and business reviews.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Revenue Planning Managers.

  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures across the team.

  • Foster a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, continuous improvement, and commercial acumen.

  • Build organizational capability by developing succession plans and growth opportunities for team members.

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with Commercial leadership, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.

  • Support implementation of enterprise pricing and revenue optimization initiatives across regions.

  • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Influence regional leaders to drive accountability for revenue performance and execution of strategic initiatives.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Leverage advanced analytics, forecasting tools, and market intelligence to improve revenue management effectiveness.

  • Partner with Data Science and Technology teams to enhance forecasting models, reporting capabilities, and pricing tools.

  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and revenue performance.

  • Support adoption of AI-enabled and predictive analytics capabilities within the revenue management function.

Executive Reporting

  • Prepare and present revenue performance updates, forecasts, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

  • Provide actionable business insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

  • Assist the Senior Director in developing annual strategic plans, budgets, and long-range forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field required.

  • Master's degree or MBA preferred.

  • 8–10 years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, commercial planning, forecasting, or related analytical functions.

  • 3–5 years of people leadership experience managing managers or senior-level individual contributors.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional business initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.

Additional Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong expertise in revenue management, pricing strategy, forecasting, demand planning, and business analytics.

  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of commercial operations and revenue drivers.

  • Experience using analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar platforms.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Ability to influence leaders across multiple functions without direct authority.

  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.

  • Experience working in multi-site, geographically dispersed organizations preferred.
