Job Description
Now Hiring: Process Engineer
Location: Paris, KY
Pay Rate: Up to $53.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional 6:00 AM start) with overtime as needed
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a highly regulated cGMP production environment. This hands-on role is ideal for engineers with pharmaceutical, chemical manufacturing, or other regulated industry experience who enjoy solving complex production challenges, improving process performance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive process improvements to increase equipment reliability, product quality, throughput, and operational efficiency
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Support capital projects involving manufacturing equipment, automation, control systems, and production processes
Partner with Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Production, Engineering, and external vendors to achieve operational goals
Lead validation, change management (MOC), and continuous improvement projects
Analyze production data, monitor process performance metrics, and reduce process variability
Support new product introductions and manufacturing technology implementation
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline required
5+ years of Process Engineering experience in a cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment
Experience within pharmaceutical, chemical, solvent, or related manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, ISO, and regulatory compliance requirements
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, Kaizen, 5S, and process optimization methodologies
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Six Sigma and Lean certifications are a plus
