Salary: $36.58 Hourly

Position Overview:

Provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Program Officer (CPO), including calendar and meeting management, communications, coordination of executive activities, and confidential administrative matters. Supports cross-departmental projects, events, and administrative functions as assigned.

Position Qualifications:

BA + 3 years relevant administrative experience or HSD/GED + 5 years relevant administrative experience. Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Ability to exercise independent judgment and appropriately prioritize competing demands.
