  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment

  • Sick Time: 40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance

  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks

  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks

  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Juris Doctor.

  • Experience negotiating business and commercial terms directly with large enterprise customers.

  • Highly detailed and process-oriented, with experience in vendor management.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and alignment skills across matrixed organizations.

  • Strong background in change management and guiding teams through evolving business landscapes.

  • A natural curiosity for and adeptness with artificial intelligence technology, particularly how it can be applied to optimize contract workflows.

Global Deal Pursuit, a strategic customer engagement team, is closely aligned with Cloud GTM OKRs to address unique customer needs, win workloads, support Pre-GA offerings, and displace competition.

  • Execute critical contract negotiations and manage deal lifecycles.

  • Structure deal strategy, seller, customer, and partner engagement.

  • Solve complext challenges by contributing subject matter expertise on key initiatives for GCP.

  • Foster collective knowledge growth and develop targeted solutions.

  • Drive improvement on our processes and offerings, enhancing work hygeine and organization.
