As a Research Intern on our team, you will engage in a structured learning experience through which you gain hands-on experience from some of the best experts in the field. You will assist with various clinical and research-based tasks, offering a unique opportunity to enhance your technological and healthcare skills within a supportive, inclusive and collaborative environment. A caregiver in this position works part-time days from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Participates in departmental clinical or research projects, which may be individual or group.
  • Provides suggestions or recommendations with regard to specific clinical or laboratory projects.
  • May perform data collection and analysis.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Current high school enrollment

Physical Requirements:

  • Requires a full range of body motion including handling/lifting items, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
  • Requires frequent standing and sitting.
  • Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal equipment as required.
