Job Purpose and Summary:
Responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient files of purchase orders, vendors and current product offering. Responsible for procuring supplies and equipment in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities: Performs and oversees all necessary activity related to the tracking and maintenance of the the company’s medical device fleet.
- Responsible for accurate real time tracking, inventory control, and overall management of infusion and/or enteral pumps by using the company’s reporting and the asset device vendor application.
- Ensures proper storage, shipping, and maintenance schedules are followed
- Tracks and maintains accurate paper records related to pump tracking and disposition, and stores those documents in the company’s operating system
- Performs cycle counts as defined by leaders
Collaborates with pharmacy, sales, or operational colleagues to ensure safety standards are met.
- Organizes the return of devices that are due for scheduled preventative maintenance.
Communicates with patients or caregivers when needed to coordinate the return or exchange of equipment.
Participates in any other activity that supports the operational workflow for managing infusion or enteral devices. Up to but not exclusive to:
- Quality Improvement activities
- Coordinating and planning with other departments on the introduction of new equipment
- Following the proper reporting for device failures
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in an assistant management, distribution, warehouse or related work environment.
- 1+ years working knowledge with computers, including knowledge of basic Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal, communicate required to effectively and respectfully communicate with both internal and external customers.
- General management of inventory to include ordering and receiving, and storage and organization of inventory products
- Basic math skills necessary to weigh, measure, calculate dosages and convert units of measure.
- Service orientation and customer service attitude
- Attention to detail along with excellent time management & organizational skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skill necessary to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional maturity necessary to work within a team environment.
- Ability to make decisions and resolve issues.
- Must be able to embrace change positively.
- Ability to mentor others and convey information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability and willingness to cross-train in multiple areas (e.g. filling, inventory, Rx entry, etc.).
- Must be able to respond to inquiries from other departments, locations, or other internal customers.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and instruction.
- Basic typing skills.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
