Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Outbound Patient Enrollment Specialist for a leading healthcare technology client transforming chronic disease management through AI-powered clinical intelligence. This candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients referred by healthcare providers, conducting high-volume outbound outreach and guiding patients through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and enjoys building trust through meaningful conversations. Responsibilities include educating patients on healthcare programs, overcoming objections, verifying information, scheduling appointments, and completing enrollment documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Day-to-Day: -Make approximately 100 outbound patient calls daily -Educate referred patients on remote patient monitoring programs -Explain program benefits, expectations, and enrollment requirements -Build trust and rapport with patients, particularly senior populations -Handle objections and answer questions related to enrollment -Verify patient and insurance information -Schedule intake and follow-up appointments -Obtain required consents and documentation -Maintain accurate records within CRM systems -Adhere to HIPAA and compliance standards -Meet productivity, quality, and conversion metrics -Utilize Regal Dialer, internal CRM, and Slack throughout the workday
Skills and Requirements
-2+ years of outbound sales experience with a proven ability to influence customer decisions and drive conversions -Experience making 100+ outbound calls per day in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment -Strong objection handling and closing skills, including the ability to confidently ask for the enrollment, sale, or next step -Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust over the phone -Experience in healthcare enrollment, insurance, Medicare, ACA, telecom, or other phone-based sales environments -Track record of meeting or exceeding sales, enrollment, conversion, or productivity goals -Comfortable following a script while maintaining authentic, consultative conversations -Experience navigating CRM systems and documenting interactions accurately while multitasking across multiple applications -Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with a dedicated, HIPAA-compliant home office setup -Demonstrated grit, resilience, coachability, and enthusiasm in repetitive, high-volume outbound environments -Previous remote call center and dialer experience preferred -Passion for helping customers while maintaining urgency and forward momentum during conversations Plusses: -Verizon sales experience -AT&T sales experience -Door-to-door sales background -Healthcare enrollment experience -Medical office outreach experience -Insurance or healthcare customer service experience -Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Google Gemini -Experience with high-volume patient engagement or patient activation programs -Experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously -Mountain Time Zone candidates
