AI/ML Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join a growing IT organization focused on developing and implementing machine learning solutions that drive business value. This individual will work with large and complex datasets to design, build, and optimize machine learning models and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enjoys solving challenging technical problems, and can collaborate across technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include model development, data processing, algorithm optimization, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering, Machine Learning Development, or Software Engineering Strong Python development experience Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Python-based ML libraries Experience working with and analyzing large-scale datasets Understanding of Java applications and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes Experience developing, training, testing, and deploying machine learning models Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn new technologies Experience deploying machine learning models in cloud environments Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or generative AI technologies Knowledge of data engineering concepts and distributed computing frameworks
