You Are:
A skilled Blue Yonder WMS Lead capable of leading functional or technical workstreams on complex WMS implementations. You bridge business requirements and technical solutions, with the ability to configure, develop, and guide teams through delivery milestones.
The Work:
A Techno/Functional role responsible for owning specific workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS implementation programs. You will coordinate across functional and technical domains, mentor junior team members, and ensure solution designs translate effectively into configured, tested, and documented WMS solutions.

Lead functional or technical workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS implementation projects

Translate client business requirements into BY WMS solution designs and configuration specifications

Configure and customize BY WMS components aligned with business and integration requirements
-
Coordinate with Delivery Leads to manage workstream timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
-
Develop and review functional and technical specifications for modifications, interfaces, and reports
-
Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and client team members
-
Support system integration, SIT/UAT testing, and go-live activities
-
Author and review design documentation, functional specs, and procedural guides throughout the project lifecycle
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
-
Minimum of 8 years of Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WMS experience
-
Minimum of 3 years of consulting or implementation experience in Supply Chain/Logistics
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading or owning functional and technical workstreams within a WMS implementation
-
Minimum of 2 years of hands on technical (MOCA, SQL, API-based integration, and Java development) and functional (BY WMS application configuration capabilities, common pitfalls, and warehousing best practices.) experience
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if:
-
You have experience with adjacent BY solutions such as WLM and/or other tier 1 WMS solutions (e.g. Manhattan)
-
You have technical experience in WMS architecture and development
-
You have WMS<->Automation Integration Experience
-
You have a PMP or equivalent project management certification
-
You have experience leading workstreams in complex, multi-site programs
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
