Full job description

Description

  • Prepare and post journal entries

  • Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities

  • Support financial statement preparation

  • Analyze account variances and research discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 1-3+ years of accounting experience

  • Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

  • Experience with one or more ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics GP/365

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
