Applies knowledge and skills pertaining to all diagnoses, procedures, medications, complications, and equipment associated with unit patient population.

Adheres to all pertinent regulatory standards, follows strict infection prevention precautions, and ensures medication safety.

Manages supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning.
-
Promotes an exceptional patient experience through effective communication with patients, families, and visitors, including hourly rounding.

Utilizes appropriate techniques, verbiage, and resources in all interactions with patients to their level of understanding.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
Ability to learn and apply computer-related applications and programs, including using electronic keyboards and other peripheral devices [Required]

Able to read, write, and speak conversational English [Required]

Organizational and multi-tasking skills [Required]

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the health care industry [Required]

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and local, state, and national laws [Required]
Education:
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

- 1+ Nursing experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:
